I cut off the two ends of the scarf and strategically placed them on this old stained pillow I had so that it looked like they were kind of draping over casually, but also so that the frays and yucky bits were all hidden.
OK, it depends on who you ask….. What I have here for you today is a new one that I haven’t seen anywhere yet, and I think it just may be my favorite so far….These chair cushion things have been catching my eye all Summer at Superstore.

The original price was $2.50.Every time I would go over to see what that great fabric was, I would always find these sad little patio chair cushions with a little 3/4 inch piece of foam inside and then just walk away, thinking “Well, I have just no use for that!”.But then…… they went on sale for 94 cents.

And I remembered that I’m crafty and brilliant. And even when I’m not there’s a whole world of other bloggers out there who.

and who will give me ideas!
So I snatched those suckers up lickety-split!.I decided to try the rubbing alcohol Sharpie cleaning trick on some common surfaces around here (since we’re going to be renovating it all anyway) and tell you how it went!.
I started out on our laminate counter top.Kennedy seems to enjoy coloring elaborate pictures on there that somehow escape the paper.. A little rubbing alcohol on a paper towel and it melted away!
This one’s a keeper!.What about finished wood cabinets!.
